Letitia Horrigan, DO
Dr. Letitia Horrigan was born and raised in Rhode Island. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Rhode Island and went on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Horrigan has been caring for adults in outpatient primary care since 2011. Over more than a decade in practice, she has seen firsthand how the traditional healthcare system can make it difficult for patients to get the care they need—long wait times, limited face-to-face visits, and reduced access to their physician. Dr. Horrigan is passionate about changing that experience. She focuses on direct access, disease prevention, early detection, and personalized lifestyle guidance to help her patients stay healthy and thrive.
Her goal is to build lasting relationships and be a true partner in her patients’ health and well-being. Outside the office, Dr. Horrigan loves spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and dog. You’ll often find her running, boating, paddleboarding, or surfing along the Rhode Island coast, and she loves to snowboard during the winter months.
Deanna Wright, MSN, AGNP-C, BSN
With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Deanna Wright brings a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Her journey began in high school as a Certified Nursing Assistant at her community hospital, sparking a lifelong passion for medicine.
Deanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha. After graduation, she relocated to Rhode Island, where she spent 10 years as a registered nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care.
In 2015, Deanna graduated with honors from the University of Rhode Island, earning her Master of Science in Nursing. Since then, she has served in Primary Care, where she is known for developing strong, lasting relationships with her patients and their families — caring for them as she would her own.
Outside of work, Deanna enjoys cycling, reading, baking, and spending time outdoors. She’s also a dedicated softball mom, cheering on her daughter year-round. Deanna lives with her husband, daughter, and their two dogs, Charlie and Cocoa.
